Import Field Hockey 2026 Conflict Data

CSV Format

Upload the Google Forms export (or compatible CSV) with columns such as:

  • School Name
  • Athletic Director's Name
  • Athletic Director's Email
  • Will your school field a VARSITY team? (YES/NO)
  • Will your school field a JUNIOR VARSITY team? (YES/NO)
  • What is the usual VARSITY starting Game Time?
  • What is the usual Junior Varsity starting Game Time?
  • First date available for games?
  • FIELD CONFLICTS (dates your field cannot host)
  • SCHOOL CONFLICTS?
  • SPECIAL REQUESTS OR OTHER INFORMATION
Choose the exported CSV from the Field Hockey information / conflict survey
Select the season for this data import
Check this to delete all existing Field Hockey entries for the selected season before importing. Leave unchecked to update existing schools and add new ones.
Important Notes
  • Schools with both Varsity and JV marked as "NO" will be skipped
  • Existing schools will be updated with new data
  • Date formats will be normalized to the season calendar
  • Conflict dates in formats like 9/11/2026 :Thursday are parsed automatically

  • Export your Google Forms survey responses as CSV
  • Do not modify the column headers
  • Make sure the file is saved as CSV (not Excel format)
  • After import, review the data on the Field Hockey conflicts list
  • You can re-import the same file to update information
