Yes. Would prefer to use the best water turf in the area to host (JBS, Principia, Villa, MICDS and maybe even SLU's new turf if they are not using it) while still keeping the site "neutral" in the elite 8 (ex. a JBS vs. MICDS game would be played at Principia or Villa).
