Import Coach Notes CSV

Upload the exported coach survey (e.g. coach-notes-2026-27.csv). Ranking Opinion drives tblcoachpollrank for Field Hockey: teams are grouped as Top 6, then Top 12, then Top 20, then Not in Top 20; within each group they are ordered A–Z by school name. FH schools missing from the file are placed after, also A–Z.
