That’s hard. More competitive doesn’t mean playing all top teams. It means a playing teams to your ability level. Teams that fall in the 12-16 ranking always get a super competitive schedule that isn’t better when you continually lose 4 or 5 to 0. Same as the bottom 5 teams.
Player Assessment
Public school, that is a toss up year to year.
Not sure.
Not that I know of.
For sure 1 at high level club. Not sure of others.

Old school ranking where coaches opinions matter.
No. I feel like having the later rounds always on water based turf isn’t fair for teams that never play on it. Two water based teams in the semi and finals great. But going from all season a field turf to having to try and play the quarterfinals on water based is hard.
