Scheduling Factors:

We need to make sure reffing is fair across the board. The biggest issue there is the discrepancy of who is reffing what games and who has ties to which teams.

State Tournament Fairness:

yes, I think so.

Additional Notes

Reffing during season is my biggest concern. Also, there are a few teams that have a reputation of unsportsmanlike conduct, and those teams should be directly addressed about this and refs should immediately address it at the beginning of the game so no one gets hurt.
